Check‑in 14:00, check‑out 10:00. No smoking inside. No pets. Max 4 guests. No noise after 23:00. Breakage deposit R2,000.

Minimum 2 nights stay. Cleaning fee R300.
50% deposit to secure booking, balance is due 14 days before arrival. Thereafter booking is non‑refundable.
